Self Serve 24hr Kiosk

Upon arrival to our facility, simply walk up to the 24 hr. Self Service Kiosk (an interactive computer terminal) to start your storage rental. Megan, your personal electronic assistant, will walk you through step by step to help you during your rental process. It usually averages around 5 minutes for a complete rental.

Don’t forget to bring along your drivers license for ID, as she will ask for it. You will leave the kiosk with all the necessary receipts, along with a copy of your rental agreement. On your receipt, you will see your access code to enter the gate.

Any questions during the rental, feel free to press the call button to ask for assistance.

Now you will have access to your own account using your unit number and access code to check your balance, make payments, view your gate code, set up Auto-Pay, or even rent another unit without having to go through all the sign up again.

Also, for your convenience, you will see on this web site a tab for making . Many of our customers are using this to avoid driving out to the kiosk to make a payment.

We highly recommend setting up the Auto-Pay feature as you have control to activate or deactivate it by yourself at anytime. This resolves a lot of confusion of remembering to pay each month, or phone calls reminding you of any late payments due.
